Tis sad but true,

Many Americans have become more uneducated than previous generations IMO. Especially as The Main Stream Media has had a "Dumbing Down " campaign in effect for some time. Also we have been lulled to sleep by conveniences and Tv shows and music videos. IMO again.

World Affairs,History,Nutrition are some of the topics just to name a few.

However I must also add that Americans are not the only holders of the title "uneducated" in this world.

Hopefully whoever wins this presidential election can facilitate a change towards progress and education.

Totally correct Fern...most think that Australia is a place full of poisonous spiders and snakes.

The reason I added these pics was because I saw the "Council of Australia for Uneducated Americans" and thought it was quite unusual.

Here in the United States we are sympathetic to Australians who visit our shores. We even have an organization devoted to Australian immigrants and visitors. It is called "The National Employment and Rehabilitation Bureau for Ex-Convicts."
